WHINNY

Whinny came to us in June 2024 severely emaciated and depressed. She has perked up and is learning how to be a horse after years alone. Her favorite thing is human company!

Adopters should be prepared to provide all of Whinny’s nutrition through concentrated feed. She is currently fed two times per day, and given access to hay 24/7.

Whinny has a few melanomas that are benign, and is losing her eyesight especially at night. Otherwise, she is completely healthy and gets around just fine. As she builds body condition her energy increases and we have seen her trot and canter around the field on occasion.
