Our 2025 2025 has been a very successful year for rescue! Another great fundraising year allowed us to accept more horses, and only a small few were turned away. PJ
PJ is a lovable young horse who is still maturing and needs a guiding hand to continue his riding journey.
The “gremlins”
This adorable horse family needs an experienced home to help continue their training. They are truly loving minis once they feel safe.
DIAMOND
Diamond is an 11 y/o mini gelding looking for a home with limited pasture and the right herd mates.
COOPER
Cooper is a 15hh 28 y/o gelding who is very respectful and easy to ride. He prefers being ridden in a halter and likes trails.
CINNAMON
Cinnamon is a calm and gentle 31-year-old registered AQHA mare. She is easy to handle, stands well for the vet and farrier, and loads with food encouragement. Her adoption fee will be waived with a contract. Riding level is not assessed as she is still underweight.
JIG
Jig is a 26-year-old registered Paint horse who is mostly calm, gentle, and easy to handle. He is making progress in standing still for hoof care and loads easily. His riding level remains unassessed due to being underweight.
Our 2024
2024 has been a slower year – we intended to focus on less horses at a time but were unprepared for how few we would be able to help due to a low rate of adoptions. What was very exciting was another great fundraising year, including specific funding needs for Willow’s pregnancy and hay costs…
AXEL
Axel is just a big teddy bear, so affectionate and very easy to handle even for newbies.
WHINNY
Whinny is a 15hh, 33-year-old registered mare who loves to be doted on. She has some vision issues but otherwise healthy and active. Whinny requires concentrated feed for all her nutrition.
